First off, sorry that I have neglected my blogging.  What's up?  Well, besides the Mom stuff,  I am in the midst of a job search, and teaching four classes at Edgewood.  Sigh!  That said, I still find time to watch one of the most creative shows I have ever seen-Arrested Development.  Can't believe I didn't watch this show until recently, because it is so nuanced and profoundly funny.  Ron Howard, yep the big time director and former Opie, is behind the show and does the narration; so the program is full of references to film making and television history, myth and legend.  Tons of iconic stuff is mixed in with political themes and other cultural touchstones, to make this show not only intellectually fun, but also a TV (now Netflicks) show that you can watch again and again and see something new.  Enjoy these six silly clips:
